Saratoga Citizen is a grassroots community association that recommends replacing the current commission form of government with a council-manager format.

This organiztion needed a site to help inform and promote change in the local Saratoga City Government. The header of the website conveys the local Saratoga feel and attempts to draw attention to the misinformation in newspapers/media and to enlighten the viewer with alternative views..to focus foward on the future of local government
